Mini Mugo reward program is a loyalty program for the planning community. Mini Mugos are located top right of every Planner sticker sheets in the form of a tiny sticker. Collect them for rewards in your next purchase!

You can find Mini Mugos located top right of every Planner sticker sheets. Peel and stick them on our Mini Mugo reward card which we hand out in every online purchase! If you lost yours, feel free to print out a reward card :)
- When you are ready to redeem your prize(s) with a full card (9 Mini Mugos)
- Place your order and in notes, write that you will redeem Mini Mugos.
- Email "hello@mugobunni.com" titled" Redeeming Mini Mugos"
- Include the photo(s) of completely filled out mini mugo card(s), date, order #, and what rewards(s) you would like.
- Please try and send your email out in the same day of your order! We don't want to miss out on your rewards due to delays :3

As a small business we do not accept refunds. However, if there is a problem with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us hello@mugobunni.com with the title " MugoError "
Contact us as soon as possible, with the title " MugoError ". We will be able to cancel/edit your order before shipping.
We can combine orders for a fee of 0.50 cents.

Mugobunni stickers are matte vinyl and are water resistant. We do also carry Washi style and holographic stickers.
All items listed on the Mugobunni shop are what we currently have available for purchase. If an item is out of stock, we will be restocking quarterly per year. Unless it is listed in our "Last Chance" section.

We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our usual processing time is 3-10 business days unless otherwise mentioned.
of course! We ship via PostNL and or Asendia. it takes 3-12 weeks for final delivery. Please note that custom fees taxes and or other import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

International: 3 weeks - 12 weeks

If you had input your address incorrectly or had missed pick up, your parcel will be returned to me.
To reship the parcel, I will charge a shipping fee.

Yes of course! Please note that you will be responsible for all VAT charges and tax related issues. The price of the items does not include VAT.
