Monthly Mugo Mail, or mmm... for short, is a monthly mail club made with mindfulness and Mugofulness. PLANNER CLUB is perfect for planners, journaling, and scrapbooking! Stickers are designed with functionality in mind and will be formatted to work with any planners and journals you may have!
Monthly Mugo Mail can be purchased at a discount via subscription or individually by itself! Any order placed in the current month will receive the following month's mail! This means by subscribing in Dec, you will be getting January's mail! 

You will be receiving each month:

1 seasonal bunni seasonal icon sticker sheet
1 writable memo sticker sheet
1 planner header sticker sheet
+ Potentially bonus sticker flakes + journaling assets! 


Subscription:


You’ll be automatically charged on the same date you first subscribed. For example, if you sign up on the 10th, your payment will renew on the 10th of each following month.
There's no pressure in commitment as you can manage or cancel any time through your account settings or by sending an email! If you do not wish to receive next month's mail, please make sure to cancel before your billing date!

Shipping:

Monthly Mugo Mail will be shipped on average the last business day of each calendar month! Mugo mail is sent via snail mail (untracked) from Canada!
example: if you subscribe Jan 1st, your letter will be shipped out Jan 31st!

  • Canada: generally within 1-3 weeks.
  • USA: generally within 2-5 weeks as we ship first to the states, then the mail is shipped domestically to avoid any issues with large volume of international mail.
  • Overseas: generally 5-7 weeks. We thank you for your patience.

Domestic Shipping (Canada/USA) is included in the cost of the mail, while international shipping is only $3 more. If you’re purchasing Mugo Mail with other items, please note that Mugo mail will ship separately, at the end of the month.

Address changes:
Prior to when your new subscription charges (generally the 1st of each month) Please reach out Hello@Mugobunni.com with the title of "MMM Address Change". Please attach one of the following so we can find your subscription in our records: an order number, your email that's associated with MMM, or your address.

Questions:
Reach out via email Hello@Mugobunni.com with the title of "MONTHLY MUGO MAIL" if you have not yet received your USA/CAN order 5 weeks after shipping day(last day of the month), and 6 weeks for INTL or if you have any other questions.
